Mar del Plata

Argentina’s biggest sea resort where hundred thousands converge for the months of January and February. Probably not my favorite place to go to the beack, yet surprisingly, this city is absolutely wonderful for street photography. The chess game at the market

While their parents are busy attending customers at the artcraft market, kids play chess. Great to see that some kids still enjoy these games, away from the world of video consoles. (click on picture to enlarge) Leica M9 with 35mm Summilux Asph at F1.4, 1/45, ISO800

Mar Azul

Here it stands in front of us, the Atlantic Sea. A strange mix of punishing sun and cold waters. Endless beaches of thin sand. Houses hidden under the pine trees. A little paradise. (click on picture to enlarge) Leica M9 with 60mm Hexanon at F1.4, 1/4000, ND filter

News the old way

Nevertheless, Ipad’s and other smartphones are scarce, so most people still read news the old way. And probably, the best way.
