Madras has on the largest public beach in the world with 13km of sandy shore. And amazingly, it is busy in most of its stretch. Since swimming is not recommended (strong drifts), many activities are proposed to the visitors. So you actually have the feeling to be at a Fair. A very large one. (click on pictures for high res)
