A large group of women have gathered by the gate that borders the Pichola Lake. It creates a patchwork of bright colors, such a lovely sight. Yet, it is apparently a local ritual that is part of a funeral ceremony. No black, death seems to be cheered here. Be it for the first time that they witness it, or the last, the tradition will keep well alive. (click on pictures for high res)
