Imagine a little village of Lake Inle very early in the morning. We head for the hills where a temple can be seen in the distance. After a few mintues, a presence can be felt behind us. The one of a little monk that wants to be our guide. He will take us to another sanctuary, open doors, and lead us through rocky trails. To finally uncover its secret; a wonderful view over the valley. His task completed (and a hard earned dollar in his pocket), he’ll lead us back to the village and the now bustling activity of a market day. (click on pictures for high res)
