Life is a long, quiet river

The rythm of life changes while you are in Cuba, and especially in small towns such as Trinidad. High unemployment, lack of leisure or money to afford it have people spend most of the days in the front of their house. Some will play dominos, others sell a few fruits or vegetables, kids running around, while most will just contemplate the street life and chat with the neighbours. Not that it is a bad thing, Facebook there is not about everybody at home in front of a computer (no internet), but happens face to face, right in the street. And so it should be.
